People are nice, easy to talk to and willing to work together for a common goal.
Friendly staff, great to chat with. I take a bit to come out of my shell at first, but I'm definitely warming up.
The culture is very good in my team and wider team. I get along with everyone in my immediate team and everyone is very friendly and very happy to spend time explaining things for understanding, and to get work done. As a PM, a lot of my work is facilitating others and their work so it involves a lot of communicating. Everyone I need to reach out to are very accommodating and don't make it feel like I'm being a burden.
