Managers are good. Can be hard to get a hold of them at times, but they are more than willing to help.
My manager is very accessible and approachable and always provides guidance, she is very good at what she does and is very good at enabling my growth. I have had a manage previously that did not embody this, however she had only been on this team for 1 1/2 years in total and was moved across to another team which I believe is less people-management, which is better suited for them. Other managers I interact with are up to standard and are helpful when I need their input for anything I'm working on.
