Had an online interview first and then an assessment day with an in person interview. The online interview was about 30-45 minutes long. The assessment day was a full day with catered lunch. Depending on how you did in the online interview you may have multiple in person interviews for different teams that are interested.
Lots of people. Online interview was friendly and a relaxed environment. The in person hot swap interviews are fun and a good way to meet a lot of cool people and talk about the various programs/roles that are available.
The interview process was great, and very well planned out. Only comment was that the wait time / discission making time after the interviews for recruitment was quite long.
As a PM, I had to submit my initial job application, then I had an info session in the morning and my individual interview that afternoon. I didn't need to complete any sort of assessment, however I know the engineering graduates have an assessment day on top of the interview.
