The pay is good especially with the incentive bonus. A good work life balance with the option to work 40+ hours a week for a day off once a month.
For software roles in other companies it is less than average. Work Pattern day can either do a 9 day fortnight or get a day off once a month which is good.
Not sure what perks I have. I've forgotten and need to find out where to locate the list of perks I may have.
I think the base pay as a graduate is very good. I was looking at numerous graduate positions and they were all in the $60Ks, which is just not livable in this economy. The workplace culture is great and considerate that their workers have lives outside work and are very flexible when needed, as long as we are getting our work done. We also get discounts at thousands of brands with being a Boeing of employee which is a nice perk as well
