Everyone is friendly and there is plenty of events on to get to know the team.

My team is Customer Strategy and Insights, we sit under the customer section in Brand, Marketing and Customer but everyone from BMC sits together. Everyone in the Brisbane office makes sure to come into the office on Tuesday, we call it 'Together Tuesday', it's one of my workdays so I enjoy that. Every month or so there is an outside of work event like trivia which is always fun. Everyone is super lovely and friendly :)
There is a strong and welcoming culture here at the company. It is a very inclusive environment and everyone I have worked with has been very helpful and friendly. I have had multiple opportunities to socialise out of office hours as well.
