I help the Web team with various tasks, mainly working on the new website project. Some tasks include helping the UX team with design tasks or organising information on the currrent IA structure to better inform what pages we can lift and shift.

I support anyone in my team who needs extra help. This changes what I work on every day. During my working week (2 days part-time) I commit 3 hours to calling to survey customers about a specific product. In other work, I am currently documenting the process that a team member has to take to be able to survey based on the different brand and intended customer audience, it's very interesting and I'm getting a wider knowledge of the business from it
I am involved in daily input processes that is required by other teams so that they can complete their work. It can be fairly repetitive but there is opportunities to work on a variety of work and projects.
