They recently went through an Enterprise Agreement so our pay is rising, and we'll be getting backpay which is cool. It's always nice to be paid more :) For the next question my salary base is what I would earn if I was full time so it is divided to accommodate my part-time hours
Considering my role as an entry position. I feel like I am paid at a fairly competitive rate relative to other firms.
