Future prospects are slightly unclear for my role
Byrnecut's graduate program lasts two years. It does not have a relevant fix time, however. I had difficulty moving up and finishing my role despite the recommended shifts as staff shortages and staffing issues prevented me from moving up and finishing. As a result of a staff shortage, I was always reassigned to my previous role. Tasks and staff allocations are rearranged according to the site's condition. It appears to the site management that they are more concerned about their daily targets and production than about improving the assigned graduate engineers. Even though Byrnecut's primary focus is on operating the site, for the advancement of practically and technically trained resources within the company as a whole, it is imperative that head office continue to work closely with site management on the improvement of engineers' workforce.
