Canva is a global online visual communications platform designed to empower the world to design.
There are half yearly opportunities to move up the ranks, based primarily on performance. There are also opportunities to move within the company, however I am not sure how difficult it is. I feel it would probably be very difficult as a grad without getting promoted.
Promotions are done through review cycles with your manager.
