Our seven core values are at the heart of everything we do at Capgemini.

There are good opportunities to grow within the company if you're willing to learn and take on new challenges. Promotions are usually based on performance, the quality of your work, and your ability to take initiative and support others.
Yes, there are many opportunities, but the process is very rigid and takes a lot of additional effort on the part of the employee in the promotion process in order to be recognised and promoted.
Targets for promotion for a graduate are quite hard to achieve. Being on a client project full time while needing to complete 120 hours of self-driven upskilling in a year is absurd. It's a lot easier for the March intake than the August intake as they can count their onboarding towards their learning target.
Promotion possibilities are very real and is largely driven by the individual's performance and their responsibilities. There are chances to move up quickly and Capgemini does provide opportunities to fulfil career aspirations, however time-in-grade is a large blocker and is often what holds people back from promotion.
