The interview process was really straightforward for my stream, just one behavioural interview. It mainly focused on getting to know my experiences and how I communicate. It felt pretty relaxed and efficient, without multiple rounds, which made the whole process smooth.
The interview process and assessments were positive and well-structured. The process was organized, with clear communication at each stage. The interviews provided an opportunity to discuss my skills, experience, and career goals.
The interview process was very smooth and quick and the company communicated very openly with me throughout the whole process so I never felt in the dark. There was only short gaps between my initial interview, assessment, final interview and offer of employment and I was always kept in the loop about when I would hear back from them, what the next stage would be and how to reach them with questions.
The interviewers were all capability leads. The activities were engaging and let us show our thinking.
