I had to fill out the normal application process, and had one phone interview with the graduate manager and an 1-1 interview with a group of directors. The whole process was great, and everyone treated me well!
Questionnaires and an online interview
The interview process followed the typical interview you would expect for a software engineering role. It consisted of two interviews, a behavioural and technical interview. The behavioral interview was very well done; the interviewees did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The technical interview was a bit challenging as I wasn't sure if my approach to solving the coding questions was correct, I was only given confirmation after a few days. But the questions themselves where well thought out and targeted the essential knowledge for programming and problem solving.
