The company has initiatives focused on sustainability and creating a positive workplace. In the office, there are plants and microgreens available, which promote a greener environment. They also encourage responsible waste management by providing separate bins for organic, recyclable, and general waste. In addition, there are volunteering opportunities available for employees to get involved in and give back to the community.
The company supports various community and sustainability initiatives, and employees are encouraged to get involved through volunteering and other programs. These efforts show a genuine commitment to giving back and making a positive impact.
Capgemini has mandatory sustainability and social responsibility trainings. Some of the initiatives I have worked on include the development of Capgemini's Reconciliation Action Plan. Recently an employee from Global pointed out Capgemini's involvement with ICE, which was quickly explained and now that USA Government Service is being sold off.
