Training begins with a 2-week core consulting and masterclass that gives you all the necessary skills to succeed in a consulting environment. And then depending on your business line, your manager will give you a training plan. If you are in Invent, then you go into a further training program call, the Institute.
The onboarding training was really good. That was 2 weeks of going through consulting practises. But then depending on your field will change what type of training you do.
