#3 of 56 in Project Management
The working arrangement is flexible, with work-from-home options available depending on the project and team. While standard hours are usually 9–5, there's generally understanding if you need some flexibility around your schedule.
Work hours are quite flexible, and there are usually options to work from home depending on the role and team. As long as your work is getting done and you're available when needed, managers are generally supportive of flexible arrangements. It helps create a good balance between work and personal life.
Very flexible, especially when you are on a client project and meeting client expectations.
My managers are flexible and advocates for clocking off on time. My work hours are standard. In my wing of the company, graduates need to work on-site for their first 3 months before working from home (unless they are unwell).
I work from 9-5. Capgemini is not too strict when it comes to working hours, as long as you get your 8 hours in and do good work, it does not need to be an exact 9-5 by the minute. Working from home is encouraged if you are sick and is allowed, however it is emphasised that having a presence in the office is important.
