With customer-facing projects, there is not a lot of opportunity for high quality work as there is more focus on budgets and timelines. There is also a lot of tech debt for some projects and codebases that are not up to par with industry standards or practices.

My role as a Cyber Security analyst is to perform Operational Security Services. This includes threat hunting, BAU, threat detection and monitoring, reporting and security tool deployment and management.
My current rotation involves a data role. Most of my responsibilities revolve around working on dashboards and reports in Power BI. Occasionally join in on meetings with some of the teams.
