Pay is great, especially site loading. Can expect decent bonuses depending on personal and company performance.
This salary (as a chemical engineer) is more than anyone in my family growing up ever made, so it is hard to determine this for me. Bonus is performance based and can be scaled with your yearly pay increase. IE you could get a low yearly pay increase and high bonus or vice versa. Bonus is good. 1st year salary is competitive with my chemical engineering peers in mining (while in a much nicer setting imo).
