Everyone is treated well in the organisation. We are about 6000+ employees with diverse backgrounds, nationalities, skills and experience. An employee who is willing to commit to his work and participate in other tasks are highly appreciated and supported in their career.

The City of Gold Coast promotes the diversity and inclusion by allowing people from different backgrounds and cultures to be part of the council. That helps to build open mindset teams that deliver solutions for all kind of communities in the Gold Coast. I work in a team composed by people from various countries and different cultural ideas, and it's amazing how we can share with respect our traditions and share our ideas from a different perspective.
