Short and sweet
It was fairly straight forward. Easy to follow. Not too onerous.
The interview process was healthy and cordial. The broader clerkship process can be very opaque and difficult, but the CU team made some effort to demystify the process.
The process involved psychometric testing, which was relatively similar to that of other similar firms. The interview was quite short, only being ~30 minutes (which they tell you ahead of time). It is quite structured with a standard set of questions they ask each candidate. You are interviewed by a partner and someone from the People & Development team. In my case, they made an effort to make me feel comfortable.
