there is so much mandatory and optional training that you will wonder if it ever stops (the answer: it doesn't)
During the beginning of each 6-month rotation of the graduate program (3 in total) we receive extensive training from more senior lawyers regarding different law subject matters, as well as extensive library and software training
Training could have been more extensive but I understand as the program is short the need to get into teams asap
