All the clerks had 2 days of induction training which I found very helpful. We have also received ongoing training sessions over the past 4 weeks. We were all assigned supervisors, coaches and buddies within the firm and they have also provided excellent mentorship and feedback.

there is so much mandatory and optional training that you will wonder if it ever stops (the answer: it doesn't)
During the beginning of each 6-month rotation of the graduate program (3 in total) we receive extensive training from more senior lawyers regarding different law subject matters, as well as extensive library and software training
