As a clerk, remote working isn't really a thing.
As a clerk, I have been kicked out of the office for staying past 5.30pm. More senior lawyers work longer hours, but have some flexibility to work from home and attend to caring and personal commitments.
It has been made very clear to the clerks that our work hours are 9am-5:30pm and if you need to stay back longer, this must be approved by your supervising partner and you must log overtime for it.
