In terms of digital graduates, there is a wide range of opportunities ranging from traditional agile delivery and architecture to a new and exciting ai section. Plenty of places to hone whatever digital skills you have interest in. As the agency is slightly smaller (but not small) there is a limitation if you want to learn more about larger IT Systems but the caveat for that is that you get to familiarise yourself with many areas not just the one where your rotation is. The APS3-4 transition is a limitation compared to other programs. That being said, discussing with other graduates, the CER allows grads to have more responsibility and ownership over the products they are involved in. As a digital graduate I was allowed to take my time to learn and experiment but still had opportunities to work on my own features and had expectations to participate actively in planning. To summarise, you get the freedom to decide what aspects you want to grow in, and people genuinely respect your ideas.
