Great culture, everyone is a friend and mentor. Everyone is very approachable and the great thing is you can really see people trying to keep that culture alive. I have had great chats with people ranging from APS4 all the way to SES level. You also will get to directly talk to your managers and directors without going up that hierarchy chain. You, as a graduate, will have a responsibility to support the culture with your involvement in the social club, but it's not hard when you realise people here love to work hard and play harder.
