As with any organisation, this will be somewhat dependent on the personalities of those in management. On the whole, however, I have found management to be approachable and communicative.
Overall, managers at the agency seem to be nice, capable people. They know how to give good feedback and actively seek to shape the team culture whilst encouraging people to develop skills/experiences personally. Higher-level managers (e.g. General Managers) seem exceptionally busy so are hard to get in contact with.
I am satisfied with my managers - they're accessible and very willing to give feedback, very engaged in creating a positive workplace.
