Within the CER itself, training is great. You are assigned a mentor which as the rotation goes on you realise more and more how valuable that is. You also get the freedom to learn things you are genuinely interested in. The Graduate Development Program that the CER is involved in is decent. The important part is you get to interact with other graduates, and the modules are somewhat interesting. Cannot give full marks because some of the in-person events are not very well done e.g. hackathon. They do incorporate feedback so this will probably improve over time.
