Very flexible work week. As long as you discuss with your current supervisor you can pretty much customise your schedule to work around you. You can work from home ad hoc or come to a formal arrangement. Though there is an expectation for grads to come into office, and certain days where your physical attendance is required. You can also accrue "flex time" so you have options to leave early some days as long as you make up for it in another day.
