Opportunity to become associate after two years in the graduate program.
We have three check in conversations throughout the year for qualified lawyers, and 3 conversations during each 6-month grad rotation. there are always opportunities to suggest new initiatives and engage in work outside of billables. i have seen my female mentors be promoted regardless of family plans, which is very reassuring. you feel supported to grow and ask questions and encouraged to try new things.
