The work hours are long, as expected from an international firm. However, the team are fair and do not expect graduates to work extreme hours. Until you are admitted, graduates can not work past 6pm.
Employer is flexible but there is an expectation that this is not a 9-5
Remote work once a week is okay. Hours are unpredictable and can be extensive at times, but employer is flexible with incorporating life outside of work as long as work gets done
The work hours really differ when you are on a transaction. It is very easy to be extremely busy, but the employer is understanding if we need to work from home. We do have a policy to come into the office about 50% of the week.
