Not much culture after hours.
The company's culture is positive both in the office and after hours. In the office, people at all levels of seniority are really friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. The culture is also positive in terms of social events/activities, with the company encouraging people to get involved in a range of activities and events and socialise with people from all different teams in the company.
Everyone is very relaxed while also taking their work seriously, but not too seriously. Most people appear well balanced and this is reflected in the general culture of the firm.
Since everyone started working from home I think the culture has suffered. However, this being said, when everyone is in the office they are easy to get along with, accepting and friendly.
