The training and development programmes have been very good. One of the good programmes has been Legal Lab, which is specially designed for Graduates and junior lawyers. It has taught me some valuable foundational skills, such as how to draft certain legal documents.
Very happy. There are good formal methods. Also more senior lawyers make an effort to expose me to situations that help me develop.
More regular formal training and in-house seminars would be great.
