Next year we can apply to a second-year grad role or apply for a job
Management is encouraging, however progression ultimately depends on what roles is available
Following completion of my Graduate role, I was awarded a promotion. However, since this, there has been an overall lack of opportunities to grow in my chosen department. Additionally, there is a lack of dialogue between myself and management regarding career progression and the potential framework which could be implemented in order to achieve this.
