I have learnt how to use the different systems and good excel skills. I get regular feedback as my work has 24 hours to be turned around and i have report kpis.
Throughout my time as a graduate, the training/coaching was performed on a sporadic, informal basis but it was extremely useful. The shipping industry has many unique elements, whether it be terminology or processes, so all training sessions greatly assisted my learning.
