I work full time, 40 hour weeks. I work one day from home which I love, it really helps with feeling more of a work-life balance & having more flexibility. It would be ideal to work 2 days from home per week.
The company does the minimum required by law.
We get to work from home one day a week. If we start earlier we usually cannot leave earlier which is a pain.
The work hours are your typical 9-5. In the role that I'm in and the department as long as I do my job and producing a high amount of output the working hours are not strict. Working from home is allowed I believe one day a week.
After working a few months with the company, I was able to take 1 working from home day a week, which helps significantly when it comes to saving time commuting in and out of the city on a regular basis.
