Team to team is different but people are social and there are often social events/team lunches. Grads also have lots of opportunities to connect

I can only speak for the technology function, but I would say in general the culture has been great. Everyone is very supportive and accommodating. As Coles is such a large organization, there is a lot of variation between teams, but in general everyone I've met has been switched on, helpful, and supportive. After-work drinks aren't really a thing, at least not in the teams that I've been a part of, but I've taken part in several social events in work hours and have also done a few volunteering days with my teams.

Generally very welcoming for new ideas, one of the value is courage. The courage to speak things out, the courage to voice out concerns and make a change, the courage to make the right call and do the right thing. So for new beginners who are ambitious, this is a good place to start

Everyone is super friendly and especially motivating to young individuals who are just beginning their career.
