Coles

I believe that there has been a focus on this. However, they are no longer committing to a diversity standard set by some organisation (I cannot remember what it is called). I found the explanation to this as the company becoming complacent as they may have hit a metric but they now don't see the need to keep improving.

Coles is very strongly committed to diversity and inclusion. The workplace is very diverse, both from cultural and gender balance perspectives. The stats are all very good comparative to most workplaces, and from what I've seen there is a strong commitment to keep these trending in the right direction.

Coles Group highly encourage individuals of all backgrounds to be included. There are events that support identity and inclusion. Pride events that celebrate the diversity of all.
