Managers are always interested in your career growth, learning and helping you reach your goals. They also always recognise good work and performance.
I think I've been lucky in the fact that I've had three great managers so far. They've all been very approachable and have been great mentors. In general, the only thing I think I've needed to ask for more of consistently is performance feedback.
They are super approachable and want to see you grow and win. There are weekly catch ups that address how we are doing, any blockers, or how we are tracking on our work. There is a recognition platform called My thanks where you are recognised for delivering or following the 4 Cs.
