The building is a little old and the tech is not amazing. Office will be moving in 2027-2028 so assuming it will improve then. Dress code is very relaxed in tech department
The current office is a little old and outdated - but next year we will be moving to a new office in the CBD, near southern cross station. We still haven't had all that much information on what it will look like, as the new office is still in the fit out process, but we expect it to be very nice, new, and modern. The dress code seems to depend strongly on what function of the business you are in. Legal and commercial teams seem to be a bit more formal (collared shirt and pants vibe), while most of the business is more of a polo and jeans vibe. Tech is more casual still.

The location is amazing. The current SSC has hot desk system in place, so I can work from any floor I want. The building also has a free gym, free parking, outdoor garden space, a large foyer area, and a wellness room. The dress code is also very flexible. You dress for your day, meaning apart from client facing meetings, you can wear semi-casual clothing.
