3 stages, very similar to other grad program recruitment processes

I would say that the recruitment process was as expected. There were no technical/software specific interview questions or components - but this may be subject to change. There was a video interview and then an assessment center - where all the potential grads come into the head office and participate in a group and then an individual interview.

There were a group and individual interview which assessed your character more than your grades/qualifications. It gave an opportunity to present your genuine self and collaborate in a team based environment.
