Good pay straight out of uni, pay to grow once land permanent role in company lots of free stuff in the building samples eg 5-10% supermarket discount which is nice

Generally I would say pretty good. The pay is larger in your second year of the program than it is in your first year. The pay has also increased slightly since I started the program (newer grads will be on a higher salary). There is also a 5% discount at Coles and Liquorland stores, doubled to 10% the first week of each month. There are also other (fairly common) corporate benefits, i.e. 40% off the Nike and Adidas corporate stores, gym discounts etc.

I believe as a graduate there are a limited number of companies who offer such a high base pay for first year grads. Coles Group gives all their permanent team members 5% off their groceries and 10% during the first 5 days of each month. Additionally, there are activations that occur in the office where we have the opportunity to try and test new products.
