There are not many formal training opportunities for technical skills. They also removed the online learning platform which I often used for self learning and have not replaced it with anything. However people on your team are always willing to help and have taught me a lot

There's a strong focus on development, particularly through the graduate program. The performance cycle aligns with the financial year. We did used to have a tech-specific training platform, but this was removed last year. We're still waiting for a replacement.

Aside from normal industrial training distributed centrally by the company, the grad program provides mentoring and buddy system to make sure you're moving along nicely in your grad program

While there aren't as many training or development opportunities, Coles Group does offer workshops for all graduates, and an accelerator coach who acts as your mentor.
