Very flexible on your start-end time. However need to complete 3 days in the office.
Standard 9-5 per day (including lunch). That being said, all of the managers that I've had have been very comfortable and accommodating with me pulling days out/starting earlier or later here or there as I need to work around various appointments etc. As of the start of this year, we have moved to a '3-2-1' model, where employees need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, can work remotely 2 days a week, and 1 of their in-office days must be Monday or Friday. This has started to be enforced. There is some accommodation for those who live far from the office (>40-50km).
Not full 5 days WFH but has a 3-2-1 model, 3 days in office, two WFH, one of the office days has to be Monday or Friday
Coles Group follows a 3-2-1 model where you have to be in 3 days per week including either a Monday or Friday. It works well and is flexible on your team. In terms of working hours, there are options where you can start earlier or later depending on personal situations. It is context dependent but in general the workplace accommodates and encourages flexibility.
