The offices are modern and have everything we need with end of trip facilities etc. We are also moving to a new office soon. The dress code is very team dependent, I wear a suit and tie because I want to but that is not the norm.
I enjoy the office space and facilities, particularly as it is not a hot-desking system. My employer will be moving offices to a new location soon. The dress code is also quite flexible (between smart casual, business casual and business formal) and there is an understanding that people will dress for their day without the need for strict enforcement.
My employer's office space is excellent, with impressive function and client spaces and an in-house restaurant / cafe space. The office is open plan and works on a hotdesking basis, although employees tend to find their own desk and keep to it. Some but not all desks are standing desks. There are breakout rooms and office spaces around the perimeter of the working floors. The dress code is business but with casual Fridays.
Currently, the office in Melbourne is decent but due for a big improvement (which makes sense why we are about to move offices in November to what appears to be much better facilities and a much better location). Some desirable things would be standing desks for everyone (as opposed to only some people). Although I will miss the private balcony in our current building. The desk code is relatively relaxed, and we even have casual Fridays to end the week.
We are moving to a brand new refurbished office in two months with state of the art working facilities (including end of trip facilities). The office space and location will be top-notch. The dress code is fairly relaxed unless there's a client meeting.
