At Corrs, we provide opportunities for outstanding graduates to become exceptional lawyers.

Structured internal training as a graduate with regular training sessions. Generally good mentoring and feedback but team dependent.
Regular lunchtime learning sessions to upskill in your practice area. Regular mentoring sessions with supervisors, and opportunities for feedback.
Corrs provides excellent training and development opportunities from the outset. We have weekly Learning Excellence sessions covering a range of legal, professional, and practical skills, which are a great way to continue learning alongside day-to-day work. The firm also supports graduates through Practical Legal Training, including paying for PLT and delivering much of the program in-house. This allows us to learn in a familiar environment alongside colleagues, with sessions often held in the firm's training facilities overlooking the harbour. Beyond formal training, there is a strong mentoring culture and clear support structure. I have benefited from regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers and partners. People are approachable and invested in helping junior lawyers develop, and there is a genuine emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth.
