My managers are extremely accessible and approachable, and they make a conscious effort to be available and responsive when support is needed. They maintain an open-door approach and are easy to reach for guidance, whether it is for day-to-day queries or more complex work-related matters. This creates a supportive environment where I feel comfortable seeking help without hesitation. I find my managers particularly inspiring, as they began in the same role I am currently in. Learning about their career journeys and progression within the company is motivating and encourages me to work towards my own development and career goals.
