The interview process consisted of an initial one-on-one interview with the manager. The managers were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which helped ease the pressure and made the experience feel comfortable from the beginning. The second stage involved a two-hour trial shift, giving me the opportunity to experience what the role would be like firsthand and gain a clearer understanding of the position. During this trial, I also had the chance to meet and interact with the team, who were all very warm, approachable, and supportive. This gave me great insight into the positive and inclusive culture at Crawford. As part of the process, I also completed a psychometric assessment, which I was able to do in my own time. This made the experience feel flexible and allowed me to complete it without added pressure.
