Company has a very relaxed culture that supports interns such as myself and explains things from the very bottom. Hierarchy is only made apparent on our organisation charts as senior managers make themselves all very reachable and contactable. Structure of the company is very open allowing interns such as myself to have an easy outreach to everyone no matter their level or seniority. Various opportunities for Team work and collaboration are always provided and encouraged. This same culture transcends both in the office and after hours.
Recently attended a intern conference and had the oportunity to meet many like minded individuals both in more senior and same level positions. I believe the culture here is very welcoming and there is plenty of room for growth and change. I have no issues socialising amongst colleagues, as everyone is easy to get along with and open.

The culture at CrowdStrike is incredible! Everyone is engaging and interested to get to know each other better. From a hierarchal perspective, there is no 'obvious' power structure as colleagues from all different levels are just as interactive, friendly and approachable. It is very clear that the company values team work, as the culture is very team driven, where everyone is always open to helping others. Outside of the office, these individuals are very social and fun, where many laughs are shared. Overall, it is an amazing working culture that makes working for CrowdStrike even more fulfilling.
