Having access to money for professional development has been extremely helpful to expand my expertise in my research field. secondly, the team connect funds has been instrumental in allowing access to my team in person.
My work has generous leave policies, access to eap and fitness passport and supports me to do my masters through study leave.
Ability to pursue postgraduate education and wfh. also provided laptop, desk and other tech accessories.
I appreciate having a sufficient income and leave arrangements which accommodate cultural needs and gender affirming care.
