For over a century, we’ve been an unstoppable force, from developing medicines that save and improve lives to vaccines that protect them.
I have not seen any behaviours that explicitly discriminate based on gender, sexuality, race etc. As far as I can see, anyone is welcome in the company. However, I find that not a lot is done to encourage and promote diversity either. For example, I expected a multi-billion dollar company to put more than $0 into pride month. Despite this I have to reiterate that I do not see discrimination.
