Daimler is the world's largest commercial vehicle producer. We have over 200,000 employees across 120 nations dedicated to simplifying how we move.
Experience and showing a strong skill set will lead to promotion. I think Daimler will look after the employees that indicate they are capable and adept, and I believe promotion possibilities are available.
Having only been offered a second IBL year this is the only chance I have had to experience this. So far I have been satisfied with the process and look forward to more in the future
